Booking terms

These terms apply to every class booked and every gift voucher bought on puppies-yoga.ae. They are between you and SILVERLINE EVENT FZ-LLC (RAKEZ registration no. 0000004098349), trading as Puppies & Yoga Dubai ("we", "us"). By booking, you accept them for yourself and for everyone on your booking.

  1. 1. Who we are

    1. 1.1SILVERLINE EVENT FZ-LLC, registered with the Ras Al Khaimah Economic Zone Authority (RAKEZ) under no. 0000004098349, trading as Puppies & Yoga Dubai.
    2. 1.2Registered address: CWFZ0134, Compass Building, Al Shohada Road, Al Hamra Industrial Zone-FZ, Ras Al Khaimah, United Arab Emirates.
    3. 1.3The quickest way to reach us is a message on our Instagram account, linked at the bottom of every page.

  2. 2. Booking and payment

    1. 2.1Each mat is for one person. Everyone on a booking, children included, needs their own mat.
    2. 2.2Prices are in UAE dirhams (AED) and the full amount is shown before you pay. Payment is taken when you book, through our payment provider, Whop.
    3. 2.3Your booking is confirmed once the payment goes through. We email you a confirmation with your booking reference, then a reminder two days before your class and another on the day.

  3. 3. Who can come

    1. 3.1Every guest must be at least 8 years old, so we cannot welcome younger children, even with a parent. Guests aged 8 to 15 come with an adult on the same booking, who supervises them throughout the class. From 16, guests can come on their own.
    2. 3.2Ladies only classes are for women only, and everyone on a booking for one of them should be a woman.
    3. 3.3Please arrive 10 minutes before your class starts.

  4. 4. Cancelling your booking

    1. 4.1You can cancel up to 3 days (72 hours) before your class starts and get a full refund, to the card you paid with. Message us on Instagram with your booking reference.
    2. 4.2If you cancel less than 3 days before the class, or do not come, the booking is not refunded.

  5. 5. Moving your class

    1. 5.1You can move your booking to another class, free of charge, up to 3 days (72 hours) before it starts, as long as the new class has room. Message us on Instagram with your booking reference.
    2. 5.2Less than 3 days before the class, the booking can no longer be moved.

  6. 6. Exceptions

    Something came up closer to your class? Message us anyway. When it does not leave us stuck, we are happy to make an exception, but we cannot promise one.

  7. 7. If we change or cancel a class

    1. 7.1The puppies are young animals, so the breed and number on the day can change at short notice.
    2. 7.2If we have to cancel a class, we tell you as soon as we can and you choose between a full refund and another class.
    3. 7.3We may ask a guest to leave, without refund, if they do not follow the rules of the participant waiver or put people or puppies at risk.

  8. 8. Gift vouchers

    A gift voucher covers the number of mats bought and is valid for 12 months from purchase, on any class we have open.

  9. 9. Participant waiver

    Every guest takes part under our participant waiver. You accept it for everyone on your booking when you book, and everyone signs it on arrival. Its full text follows these terms.

  10. 10. Personal data

    We use your details to manage your booking, send your confirmation and reminders and, if you ask for it, tell you about new classes, in line with UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 on the Protection of Personal Data.

  11. 11. General

    These terms are governed by the federal laws of the United Arab Emirates as applied in the Emirate of Dubai.

Participant Acknowledgement of Risk, Release and Consent

This document is between you, the participant, and SILVERLINE EVENT FZ-LLC (RAKEZ registration no. 0000004098349), trading as Puppies & Yoga Dubai ("we", "us"). Please read it carefully. By accepting it when you book and signing it when you arrive, you confirm that you understand it and agree to it.

Each class includes about 30 minutes of beginner-friendly yoga with the puppies, followed by about 30 minutes of time with the puppies.

  1. 1. The risks I understand

    1. 1.1Yoga is a physical activity. I may strain a muscle, lose my balance or fall.
    2. 1.2The puppies are young animals. Even when healthy and gentle, they may jump, nip, bite, scratch, chew or soil my clothes and belongings, or get under my feet. Their behaviour cannot be fully predicted.
    3. 1.3Contact with puppies can cause allergic reactions and, rarely, the transmission of infections from animals to people.

  2. 2. My health

    1. 2.1I confirm that I am fit to take part in a gentle yoga class. I have told the team on arrival if I am pregnant, injured, allergic to animals, immunocompromised, afraid of dogs, or have any condition that could be affected by the class. If in doubt, I have consulted a doctor before booking.
    2. 2.2I will stop and tell the team if I feel pain, discomfort or an allergic reaction.

  3. 3. The rules I will follow

    1. 3.1I will follow the instructions of the instructor and the team at all times.
    2. 3.2I will stay seated or close to the floor when holding a puppy, and only pick one up if the team says I may.
    3. 3.3I will not feed the puppies, wake a sleeping puppy, play roughly, or chase or restrain a puppy that wants to move away.
    4. 3.4I will clean my hands before and after the class, and keep my food, drinks and valuables away from the puppies.
    5. 3.5I understand that the team may ask me to leave, without refund, if I do not follow these rules or if my behaviour puts people or puppies at risk.

  4. 4. Assumption of risk and release

    1. 4.1I take part voluntarily and accept the risks described above. To the fullest extent permitted by law, I release Puppies & Yoga Dubai, its team, its instructors, its venue partners and its puppy supplier from any claim for injury, illness, loss or damage arising from those risks.
    2. 4.2I understand that this release does not exclude liability that cannot be excluded under UAE law.

  5. 5. My belongings

    I am responsible for my belongings. Puppies & Yoga Dubai is not responsible for clothing or belongings that are soiled, chewed, lost or damaged during the class. I will not bring valuables onto the mat.

  6. 6. My responsibility

    1. 6.1I am responsible for any injury or damage that I cause, intentionally or through carelessness, including by not following the rules above, to another person, to the premises, or to a puppy, and I will pay the resulting costs.
    2. 6.2If I injure a puppy, for example by dropping it or stepping on it, these costs include its veterinary care, such as for a broken bone, and, if the puppy dies or cannot recover, its value as set by its owner. Puppies & Yoga Dubai will send me the invoice and the supporting documents, and I agree to pay within 14 days.

  7. 7. First aid

    If I am injured or unwell, I allow the team to give first aid and to call emergency services. Any medical costs are my responsibility.

  8. 8. Photos and videos

    1. 8.1Classes are photographed and filmed. I agree that Puppies & Yoga Dubai may use photos and videos in which I appear to promote its business, without payment. If I do not want to appear, I tick the box below and tell the team on arrival, and they will make sure I am not featured.
    2. 8.2My personal data is used to manage my booking, my safety and, if I agree above, the use of my image, in line with UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 on the Protection of Personal Data.

  9. 9. Participants who are minors

    Participants must be at least 8 years old. Guests aged 16 and over may join on their own. Guests aged 8 to 15 may join only with an adult on the same booking, who supervises them throughout the class. If the participant is a minor under UAE law, a parent or legal guardian accepts this document on the participant's behalf and signs below.

  10. 10. General

    If any part of this document is found invalid, the rest remains in force. This document is governed by the federal laws of the United Arab Emirates as applied in the Emirate of Dubai.
